DLJ Properties SMS Program Terms

Program.

DLJ Properties (also operating as Tiny Home Boutiques) sends occasional marketing text messages about deals, last-minute openings and news at our properties to guests who opt in on our pre-check-in form.

Opting in is optional.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of booking, check-in, or any purchase. You can complete check-in and stay with us without opting in.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies. We do not send on a fixed schedule.

Cost.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to stop.

Reply STOP to any marketing message to be removed. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or email DLJrealty@yahoo.com.

Service and reservation messages are separate.

Messages about a reservation you already have — arrival details, your door code, check-in and check-out logistics, and replies to questions you send us — are part of your stay and are not marketing. They are not covered by this program and stopping marketing texts does not stop them.

Carriers.

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated messages.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Your information.
